Terms and Conditions

• Prior notice of 2 working days has to be given to start the testing process.
• Duration of Product Knowledge Transfer is also calculated in the hourly based package.
• Test plan and Test case designs will be charged separately.
• In case a requirement arises for employing additional devices for a testing requirement, the existing plan shall be upgraded or an additional fee shall be charged, depending upon the project.
• Our Global Testing Center is located in India and we work from 3:30 am -12:30 pm GMT (9 am – 6 pm IST).
• Extended hours support is applicable only on Executive and Premium plans, with a prior notice of 2 working days(Maximum extension period-2 hours earlier or 2 hours later upon the agreed working hours).
• Additional 20% will be charged for every hour on Extended hours support if required for Basic and Regular plans, with a prior notice of 2 working days(Maximum extension period-2 hours earlier or 2 hours later upon the agreed working hours).
• For Custom extension hours, additional 50% will be charged for every hour on Monday-Friday.
• If the project requires weekend support, charges shall be 100% additional for the used hours.
• We offer testing services to the entire world from our global testing center located in India. In case you require testing services from different geographic locations across the world, we can connect to the servers of most of the countries through VPN to get your application tested as per your requirement, with no additional charges.
• In case you require real-environment, real-device, real-people, real-time testing services for the entire project from a specific country location, separate charges shall be applicable and it is not covered under any of the existing plans.
• In case you require real-time Worldwide crowd testing services only for specific requirements, our Flexi QA – Premium plan covers up-to 2 hours of real-time Worldwide crowd testing services provided through our Global Virtual QA platform. However, Worldwide crowd testing services (Up to 2 hours), for rest of the plans would require you to pay additional charges depending on the requirement.
• A minimum of 1 hour billing will be calculated for every testing transaction.
• Legal issues shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
• No refund is allowed for the amount paid.
• Price inclusive of all taxes.
